Include your app version, device and what you were trying to do. Share screenshots only if they do not include unnecessary private information. Never send your password or sign-in codes.

Account deletion

On iPhone, open Privacy & account to initiate a request and check its status. Email is not required to initiate the request. Full deletion fulfillment still requires verification before launch.

Site emergencies

Follow the site safety plan and contact emergency services as appropriate. App support is not emergency dispatch.
